KIRIKIRI DRAINAGE MUST FUNCTION – FERMA

The Federal Road Maintenance Agency FERMA is beyond reasonable doubt working hard. The term ‘hardworking’, is rather an understatement to illustrate their recent performance. They are out to make sure the federal road and gutters are motorable and functional respectively.
The private road leading to camp site, known as Navy private road which is located at the southern part of Kirikiri town and has an intersection with Dillion street is currently undergoing construction on its sided gutter way.

The gutter way was blocked and deformed by numerous heavy duty trucks that often ply the road. Badges and boats dock by the Kirikiri Canal along the private road and they supply oil products to those tankers whenever shipment arrives. That’s however, one of the reasons why some tankers are found there.

The ever ready, agile and hardworking supermen of FERMA destroyed the former narrow gutter way and extended it both in length and in depth, from the junction all the way down to the campsite of the Nigerian navy. FERMA is currently working on drainages connecting Kirikiri town family way, Dillion Street and Navy campsite private road. They have spent 13 days working on these drainages.

More grease to their elbow as they are doing a good job. The first section of the Kirikiri town family way drainage intersection has been completed and slabs have been placed to cover it while the Dillion drainage is currently undergoing its casting process and at the same time, the gutter way at the private road is also undergoing the process of casting.

Upgrade is the right word to use in cases like this. Kirikiri town is the best.

Our motto still remains... Upgrading Standards.
