RATS (NKARPI) INVADE KIRIKIRI TOWN IN NUMEROUS NUMBERS

Rats: I mean big rats have been reported to invade Kirikiri town in abundant numbers. They could be seen everywhere in the town both during the day and during the night. They respect no one.

“The rats are so big that once you see them approaching, you must create space for them and what annoys me is that they love to pass where humans congregate thereby causing confusion all over the place” a Magbesa resident disclosed.

Apart from having authority on the streets, these hefty rats could be seen inside every house. They make very loud sounds that could make you get scared.

“I can rest in my house; these (Nkarpi) rats are too much. They are sensible and fast too.” A Johnson resident complains.

“These same rats that seem to work on an eat-everything-and-cause-chaos-everywhere order from God knows whom and where have been terrorizing this town and we must do something real fast” a Comfort Oboh resident suggested.

With dead bodies of rats could be seen on the streets daily and the constant parade of a man who sells rat poison, shouting on top of his voice (Rat killer! Rat killer! Kill am the live rat: Worry-worry: worry you worry am back) and the prices of Indocin (Indomethacin) increasing, this, at least show that the residents are fighting back.
