13 YEAR OLD TERRORIST NABBED

A thirteen year old boy who gave his name simply as Lateef was nabbed by a karimu street resident and handed over to the CDA2 office. Lateef was accused to have crawled in through the bottom of the compound’s gate in a bid to kick off a larceny.

Lateef admitted to have entered the compound through an unethical means

after enough interrogation by a man who also resides in the compound and also after receiving some spankings from able disciplinarians of the CDA Security.

Lateef who refuses to go to attend any school defended himself by saying that he only needed a place to sleep that was why he maneuvered his way into the compound and that he did not intend to steal anything but, when asked the whereabouts of two head lamps of a car parked in front of the compound, Lateef said he has no idea.

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) under CDA2 explained to Kirikiri News that there was a wake keep held on Karimu Street till dawn and that many of the people in attendance weren't resident in kirikiri town but from outside -  Ajegule to be precise. It was also discovered that one motor bike, car headlamps and other vvaluables went awol at first light.

“Lateef happened to be there at he wrong time and he cannot do such a thing now at this stage” the CDA2 president Mr. Sunday vouched.

However, other residents at the scene had some rather debauched comments to say about Lateef

“This boy is a terrorist, na so him go carry small small children dey teach them how to play 'WHAT' (Cards)” a woman said.

“This is not the first time he has been caught stealing or even accused of stealing” another woman said.

“This boy get [problem, na so him go dey fight everywhere, na wa for this kind person sef” a woman said as she passed by the scene.

“Wetin him do again” a man said as he issued him a knock on the head.

Kirikiri News gathered that Lateef and his mother once lived in Kirikiri town but has relocated to Lusada area near Badagry since 2012 . Lateef ran away from his mother and came back to kirikiri town for unknown reasons. The CDA have promised to depot him to his new location to be with his mother.
