THE ENTIRE KIRIKIRI TOWN SEIZED- APC

The Nigerian political party APC has declared that the entire Kirikiri town has already been taken hold of by their party. The party which has categorically enhanced equipped and popularized themselves nationwide even to the extent that polemics originated as a result of their ubiquitous crusade.

Many politicians have decamped from their several parties to join the All Progressive Congress (APC) for reasons tittle-tattle to be political go-getting.  This action did not affect the presidential aspirants only. The Aspiring ward Councilors, Chairman as well were not left out in the decamping process.

In Kirikiri town, the APC movement is precipitous. Few weeks after the official announcement registration process, the APC registration officials have started registering people with high intensity.

Every street in Kirikiri town has a registration point. Some streets have two points. When Kirikiri news spoke to one of the attendants at the Local Authority School point on Agunbiade street, Kirikiri town to be informed about process of registration and what it requires, they refused to disclose what their mode was “Why did you not come earlier, our ‘oga’ (boss) just left but you can go to our secretariat to find out, the figure you are looking for can be given when we finish collating” said one of the officials.

“I heard that they are taking people free passport, I am going to take mine” a woman said as she ran to one of the points on Cardoso Street. “If you don’t have passport, you will be taken, after taking the passport, you will be registered. This is party level registration and election proper will take place before the year runs out”, said an official at the registration point on Johnson Street.
