(Three) Your words reflect your values and beliefs.

(Four) Keep secrets confidential. If the people who spoke with you in confidence wanted the whole world to know about it, they would have posted it on the internet.

(Five) You are not better than anybody else, so don’t speak condescendingly to people.

(Six) Be extremely polite to people. It is a door opener in career and relationships.

(Seven) When you are tempted to be rude, resist it.

(Eight) Listen to all sides before you speak. Only a fool speaks without facts.

(Nine) Listen twice as much as you speak. Self-confidence is talking less than listening more.

(Ten) If you don’t know what to say, say nothing.
