The
fire lasted for about four hours before it was put off by the fire fighters.
The
Institute’s director of security, Shettima Ngiladar told journalists on Sunday
that the fire was triggered by the power restoration that caused a sudden burst
of an electric panel within one of the warehouses.
He
however said that the incident did not in any way affect the ongoing
preparation for the March and April elections
