“We have been on ground day and night
to ensure control and easy flow of traffic on this road since the collapse and renovation of the culvert;
I must admit that it hasn't been easy. These tanker drivers could be difficult
at times. The adjacent casting of the culvert has been completed and the engineers are working
on casting the pulverized layer. In 2 weeks’ time the work will be completed
because the engineers are working just like Julius Berger” Mr. Sani said.
However, resident complain that with
this constant flow of traffic, the road may be destroyed before the culvert is
finally completed while some residents tend to understand the development and
are ready to cooperate.
